Efracea reviews

Postby Zulkigis В» 22.01.2020

Doyle, who was in training camp.

This medication was terrible I was prescribed to take doxycycline monohydrate mg 2 times a day. I started experiencing severe panic attacks, I already had anxiety but this made it 10 times worse, I was crying randomly, nauseous, getting chills, shortness of breath, felt like I was losing my mind, depressed and chest felt tight. This medication is dangerous. I warn anyone to not take this, it was scary as hell. I even started having blurred vision.

I thought I was going to lose my mind or possibly die. This drug definitely increased my already prevalent mental health issues. Luckily I was aware of how bad I was feeling mentally and figured ot out. I had taken this for 8 days already and thought I was mentally losing myself. My sinus infection got better but it was a huge harm to my mental health. I couldnt sleep and was calling friends and family crying over the phone bc I was scared I was losing my mind. Definitely would not recommend.

The first day was ok, not too bad. Feeling so depressed and down in the dumps for no reason at all. Going back to my doctor tomorrow to get off this drug.

I was given this antibiotic for a stubborn sinus infection that wouldn't go away. Unfortunately it's one of the only ones I can take since I have a sensitive stomach and I'm allergic to Penicillin. My last menstrual cycle was kind of messed up due to it which isn't surprising as I know antibiotics in general can do this. But it's made me quite jittery, even though my blood pressure and heart rate are normal. I do have acid reflux and this antibiotic can cause it to flare up every so often, but it's not as bad as the emotional symptoms.

I've been off this antibiotic for a couple of weeks and the symptoms are still plaguing me, especially anxiety and sleeplessness. I'm hoping I can stay healthy and not get another sinus infection for a good long while so I won't have to go back on this. I went to a doctor as I had inflamed pustular acne after a camping trip and I was prescribed Doxycycline to reduce the inflammation along with a gel called Epiduo. For the first 3 weeks out of the 2 months I was prescribed my inflamed pimples went down with the help of the gel but I was feeling a bit different and just assumed it was from other things in my life.

Towards the end of the third week and start of the fourth week I began having depressive episodes and major panic attacks, worse than I've ever experienced, thinking I was going to die and running around like a maniac. I've been off for 2 days but my heart rate is always still up and I'm constantly feeling anxious, and if not that horribly depressed.

Personally, it has never affected my mental health, I do suffer from anxiety and depression. The only issues I have is with nausea after taking it. I was prescribed Doxy for my mild adult acne. Only TWO days into this medication my anxiety and depression came in harder than ever before!

The nausea was manageable but the state it caused my mind to be in was terrible! After doing some research and seeing how many others experienced the same symptoms I stopped the meds immediately! Was only able to take them for about days before I had to stop! I've been taking this medication for 2 weeks and my acne which is mild has started to clear up slightly.

However, I'm usually a very positive, motivated and up-beat person and this medication has completely ruined my head. Nothing else in my life has changed recently, apart from starting this medication; so I know it's from it. I've been having suicidal thoughts literally from day 2 of taking this. I've been having extreme depressive episodes every single day for absolutely no reason at all. Please take care of yourself when using this medication.

I'll be taking myself off it because I'd far rather have good mental health than perfect skin. If you are currently using this and experiencing similar symptoms, please reach out for help and talk to someone you trust; it gets better.

I was prescribed Doxycycline after being refused Accutane which was brilliant in the past for me. I was on mg per day for 3 months. I managed to last the 3 months, but had several bouts of yeast infections that were horrible. Now I have such severe back pain, stomach bloating and trouble urinating. My 15 daughter took this drug for 5 days and than started self-harming and extreme anxiety.

Not sure whether doxicycline and anxiety and depression is link. I think there needs to be more studies into this drug as I had read other stories of teens on doxicycline having experience anxiety and depression.

Do not take this drug! It is the worst medication I have ever taken in my life! I have lost a stone in eight and feel so depressed and low, I got a rash straight after the course finished and my skin got Ben worse tha it was with the skin infection. I have throbbing headaches daily that wake me out my sleep, I also developed oral thrush and have been experiencing fatigue, this medication made me feel suicidal!

Do not put your child on this drug! My son was prescribed this for acne and 10 days after taking it he started having panic attacks. He withdrew from all behaviors he liked doing and became depressed.

He tried cutting his arm. He has been off of it for 5 days now and I am in the process of getting him therapy and struggling to help him control his anxiety. Mental health is important and the makers of this drug are hiding something. It should be banned. I have found cases on the internet of teen suicide from doxycycline.

I take one 40 mg cap of Oracea daily to clear occasional flareups of rosacea. I'm 66 years old and struggled with this condition since I was a teenager. I like Oracea because after over ten successful treatments over the past few years, I feel confident saying it works for me.

I always notice improvement within a few days and clearing a few days later. No acne and reduced redness. So I take it only as needed - not regularly.

Sadly, I've learned my insurance will not cover Oracea nor its generic alternative for this modest but highly effective use. Do not take this absolute abomination of a product. Would rather have malaria than use this for another minute. Anxiety and depression while being away on holidays, how fantastic. Not to mention the diarrhoea and stomach aches:- just wonderful.

I was diagnosed this for the first time Doxy mg on Saturday. Needed to take 2x a day, 12 hours apart I followed all of the rules for taking it. I was fine the first day, fine the second day My heart felt really weird and I was starting to get vertigo. And then, out of nowhere I suddenly felt like I had to throw up, so I threw up and was shaking. I called the pharmacist and told her and she said to stop taking it. Never taking this stuff again. One other thing I noticed on the first two days was every time I took a pill, about 30min later my ears would get REALLY warm feeling my inner ear and that sensation would last for several hours.

So yeah, done with this stuff. Had sinus so Dr prescribed Doxycycline. I ended up going to the ER. I had never felt so bad in my life to end up at the ER.. I would never take this again. If I could give this drug a zero star rating, I would.

I have experienced high anxiety, blurred vision, chills, a horrible headache behind my eyes, nausea, heartburn, and fatigue. I have taken this medication several times in the past without issues. I have never experienced so many negative side effects from one drug. My teenager was given a three months prescription of Doxycycline for acne.

He was taking mg once a day. We never got to the third month, because while it was clearing up his acne, we discovered at the end of two months into it, that it was making him depressed and he was having suicidal thoughts and he had started cutting his arm. We discovered it by accident when we saw cut marks peeking out from his long sleeves. After a lot of discussion, we were able to figure out that it was only ten days into taking the medication when the suicidal thoughts and cutting began.

He said he didn't know why he was having these strong thoughts of suicide and nothing in his life was different except he was on Doxycycline. I read other accounts of this medication and depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and similar stories, and we immediately stopped the medication. Two weeks after stopping the medication he said he felt better and the urge to cut his arm was gone.

His depression went away, however, the suicidal thoughts lingered. I just started this a week ago for mild acne.
